Anything from the base 327ci small block putting out a very respectable 300hp all the way up to the ultra-rare and legendary 427ci L88 big block putting out 500 plus hp! But in between, those two were some very exciting choices. For instance, if you checked RPO L36, you go a 427 with 390hp and hydraulic lifters, which made if a bit more user friendly. This was an all-new engine offered for the first time in ’67. There were a number of changes and improvements made in ’67, which is why it’s still considered one of the best Corvettes ever built!
